	Cerasus Year 2003 Cesanese di Olevano Romano (DOC) Grapes: Cesanese comune, Affile Cesanese and 3 % Montepulciano and Sangiovese Alcoholic content: 14 % Total Acidity: 5,5 g/l Colour: Ruby, limpid and trasparent Aroma: heady, slighty, fruity with hint of black cherries, violets and red fruits Flavour: Very intense and persistent.
